Using a variety of tools, exercises and models, participants will learn the characteristics of high performance teams, and how to lead to get your group there!

Discover the approach you naturally use on teams by completing an online assessment

Identify your most comfortable role on a team to encourage innovation

Develop strategies that will help you work on a team to create, refine, advance, and implement new ideas

Determine effective ways to balance, integrate, and capitalize on the different strengths of each team member

Learn the eight characteristics of high- performing teams and the eight desirable factors

Learn Virtual Team Considerations

Create a realistic and relevant action item based on your learning, and practice the identified new skill or behavior

Participate in activities to support and solidity the learning

Offered in a half-day or full-day training, as an independent module, or as part of a larger training/coaching program
