Leadership
is about moving towards something you want, and creating something
that didn’t exist before. There is no one magic formula that
applies to all. Each person’s leadership style is as unique and as
individual as they are. This workshop creates the results you want
in a simple and effective structure that works for you.
The workshop presents
models and then quickly using tools, assessments, exercises and
interactions with real world examples that allow for practicing of
skills. The overarching goal is to create a relationship between each
student and the instructor that will deepen learning, thereby increasing
the likelihood that lessons learned will not only be understood, but
will retained and successfully applied back at the actual place of
work.

Maximum 14
per workshop
Format:
1 day to 3 day
workshop.
With a minimum of 1
week between each day.
Each participant is
interviewed before the start of the workshop, to discover their
leadership challenges and successes.
Each participant will
have the opportunity to be coached in-between each workshop day.
Homework relevant to
the workshop and their current job is assigned between each classroom
day.
A follow-up to lock in
the learning is scheduled at 30, 60 and 90 days post the last classroom.
