Coaching Services for Businesses

• Single point of contact for coaches (hiring, invoicing, issues)
• Experienced coaches to meet your business needs
• Range available of one to many coaches
• Request a sample Coaching Services Program contract

Coaching for Individuals

• Packages of 3, 6, 9, 12 months are available
• One unit, typically 3 coaching sessions, available for returning clients
• Personal coaching rates available for some coaches

Coaching with an Assessment

• Purchase an online assessment from Star Leadership LLC and receive one hour of coaching on the results

Coaching with Training

• Supplement your training with coaching to solidify learning and provide a safe place to practice new skills and behaviors.
• Coaches available for all participants, or key participants only
• Coaching for the duration of the training program, or for one session.

Coaching for Groups

• Circumstances can bring people with something in common together in a group, such as being in the same organization, on the same project, in business or in some other way sharing a specific or common goal.
• Group coaching creates stronger relationships, internal structure, accountability, support, and motivation.
