Star has run her own management consulting practice since 1996. She has designed, developed, and delivered numerous highly successful courses on Leadership, Communication, Team Building, Decision Making, Time Management and Project Management, and has been a repeat presenter at various organizations. Star is also a certified professional coach, holding a PCC and CPCC designation. For over five years Star has also taught graduate level courses in Program and Project Management Leadership at Boston University. She is a powerful presenter with an engaging style, who loves speaking and interacting with audiences.
Star has over 20 years of experience successfully managing highly complex projects in a variety of industries. She has held leadership positions at several high-tech companies, in roles such as Director of Engineering, Director of Project Managers, and International Program Manager.
In her roles as teacher, facilitator, consultant, and coach, Star and her associates have worked with many leaders, executives, managers, and business owners in all phases of their personal, professional, and organizational growth.
